Mr. Cruz has almost forty years experience in the securities Industry.
An expect in Securities Law, its applications and implantations.
Formerly retained by the S.I.P.C. as a consultant on liquidations. Mr.
Cruz is currently administering the Corporate Office as well as serving as
Compliance Officer.
